Terms & Conditions

• A 1/2 hour lesson will be scheduled weekly. More advanced students may schedule hour lessons.
• For the student's success and progress, one should practice each song assignment three (3) times every day in order to be prepared for the next lesson.
• Payments for lessons are made on the last lesson of the month for the next month.
• In case of sickness or emergency, please call Theresa at 239-849-3315 to cancel your lesson.
• There will be no lessons on major holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Please schedule all vacations with Theresa. If your vacation extends longer than one (1) month, you need to pay for the extended weeks if you want to reserve your preferred lesson time.
• Piano parties and recitals will be scheduled twice a year. Attendance is very important for building self-confidence.
• Consistency in practice and commitment to your scheduled lesson are key to your success and progress. Continual inconsistency, absences, and cancellations are a waste of all our time, energy and money. Termination of lessons then might occur.
• I will be glad to consult about the student's needs and progress
  at any time.

Payment Plan for Miller's Sheet Music & Studios

• Standard cost for lessons is $100.00 per month.
• Fees are set as a flat rate per month whether there are four (4) or five (5) weeks in the month. In five (5) week months, the student may either receive a “free” lesson, or utilize it as a “make up” lesson.
• Each individual teacher collects their own fees on their own scheduled time frame.

Summer and Holiday Plan

During the month of June through August, as well as the month of December, we will allow for up to one (1) month vacation time and the payment schedule will be as follows:

• 4 lessons $100.00
• 3 lessons $75.00
• 2 lessons $50.00
• 1 lesson $25.00

If your vacation time exceeds one (1) month and you would like to hold your preferred lesson time slot, you will be required to pay for any additional weeks. The teacher's vacation time will follow the same plan and will be pre-arranged by the teacher with the student.

Lessons that fall on the following holidays will be pro-rated: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Teacher absenteeism

When a teacher must cancel lessons, they will be made up at no additional charge.
